I'll Be Your Sunrise

I'll be the sun at dawn
Lighting up your day,
Until you come to me at night
So I can keep you safe.

How amazing would it feel
To be so blissfully happy
that us waking up together would be,
As beautiful as the sunrise,
shimmering new light
into our dark and lonely nights.

Falling asleep together would be
as magical as the colors
that paint the evening sky.

I'll be your sunrise at dawn
and you'll be my stars at night
lighting up each other's life.
